Before departure

Arrival and transport
- •King Abdulaziz airport (Jeddah) is closest to Makkah
- •Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz airport to start from Madinah
- •Between the cities: ~4 h by bus or 2 h by Haramain train
At the Haram
- •Tawaf: 7 rounds, then two rak'ahs behind the Maqam if possible
- •Sa'i between Safa and Marwa: 7 rounds
- •Shaving or trimming, then leaving ihram
- •Busiest times: after Isha and before Fajr
Frequently asked questions
Do you issue the visa yourselves?+
No. We review the file and follow the application through authorised channels. The decision belongs to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
How do I know my place in the queue?+
The queue number shows on your application page and updates live. Order: priority, then nearest travel date, then submission time.
Can I apply for a whole family?+
Yes — one application holds up to 10 travellers, each with their own documents and visa.
What happens to my passport scan after the trip?+
It is deleted automatically after the retention period in the privacy policy; a record that it existed remains.
Do you offer Hajj?+
No. In Algeria, Hajj goes exclusively through the National Office for Hajj and Umrah.
