We collect traveller details and passport scans for one purpose: processing the Umrah application. Files are stored in a private space unreachable from the public web, every access is logged by name and time, and the file is deleted automatically 90 days after the application is closed. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time through the messages on your application page. This text is a template to be replaced by the agency's approved legal text.
